Utility Access
The Form Utility menu is available by clicking on the info
button 
next to the form name in a directory listing. This menu is only available
to users with administrative or superuser privileges.
The utilities available include:
| Utility | Function |
| Form and Access Info | A listing of current form settings, flags, and access rules. |
| Submission Summary | A summary of current submissions. |
| Submission Details | Complete submission details, including dates, times, and IP numbers. |
| Form Activation | Scored forms (quiz, proxy, and review) require activation before use. Activation creates a data file with an answer key. |
Submission Review
If a data file exists, the utility menu will include a pull down submission review menu with a numbered list of entries. Selecting an entry will generate a facsimile of the form as it was filled in by the taker, including free text. This is useful for printing hard copies and other administrative tasks.
